PREVIA S.p.A. guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchasing contract should the purchased goods be damaged during transport or in the case that they are not compliant to what is shown on the website. To exert this right a simple communication must be sent, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods (as provided for by art.6, par.B,D.Legge n.185 of 22/05/1999) sending the goods back within another 15 days from communication to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who does it apply to?
The right to withdraw only applies to private individuals, thus excluding dealers or subjects who purchase in order to re-sell products to third parties.
What does it consist of?
Consumers in compliance with what is provided for by the latest Italian legislation (Decreto Legislativo 22/5/1999 n.185) are entitled to withdraw from the agreement within 10 days of receipt of the goods, returning the goods which are the subject of withdrawal to PREVIA S.p.A., which will refund the price of the returned goods.
How is it applied?
Prior to contacting Customer Care, it is advisable to keep order number at hand. Send an email to email@example.com stating your will to exert right of withdrawal, indicating all the data requested (order number and which products are the subject of withdrawal). Following this all the items must be sent back within another 15 days. Right of withdrawal must, however, meet the following conditions:
- The purchased goods must be intact and unused;
- in compliance with the law, delivery costs shall be at the customer's charge;
- upon their arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess possible damage or manumissions (integrity of the returned goods is a prerequisite for exerting the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend maximum attention to be paid while packing the goods, e.g. using their original packaging.
How must the delivery be arranged?
After activating the withdrawal procedure it is necessary to take all the necessary precautions so as to protect the goods from any potential damage. PREVIA S.p.A. reserves the right to reject the goods received in compliance with the above mentioned procedure. WARNING: using a courier or another suitable carrier is recommended for shipping traceability. PREVIA S.p.A. will not proceed to refund the goods object of withdrawal, without receipt of the relative consignment.
How does refunding take place?
In the case that payment is made by credit card refunding will take place by means of re-crediting on the same credit card.
